Wugi Terms of Service

Effective October 11, 2026

About these terms

Wugi is an Atlanta nightlife app and website (wugi.us) for discovering events and venues, buying tickets, and finding photos from nights out. Wugi is operated by Knight Venture Group LLC ("Wugi", "we", "us"). By using the Wugi app or wugi.us, creating an account, or buying or accepting a ticket, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, and our SMS Terms cover text messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use Wugi, create an account, or buy or accept tickets. Venues may check ID at the door and may refuse entry to anyone who can't show valid ID proving they are 21 or older — a ticket does not override a venue's entry requirements.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and the information on your account accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account); see the Support page if you can't get into the app.

Tickets and terms of sale

Wugi sells tickets on behalf of the venues and event organizers that put on each event. The organizer is responsible for the event itself; Wugi is responsible for selling and delivering your ticket.

  • Price and fees. The ticket price and any Wugi service fee are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges. Tickets can't be refunded, returned or exchanged, including if you can't attend, are late, or are refused entry by the venue (for example, for not meeting its age, ID or dress requirements).
  • Cancelled events. If an event is cancelled, email support@wugi.us with your order email and the event name. Any refund for a cancelled or materially changed event is at the discretion of Wugi and the event organizer, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Delivery. Tickets are delivered to your Wugi account (Account → My Passes) and by email, and by text if you opt in. Each ticket's code can be scanned for entry once.
  • Transfers. You may transfer a ticket through Wugi. Once the recipient accepts it, the ticket is theirs, you lose access to it, and these terms — including the no-refund policy — apply to them.
  • Fraud. Tickets may not be copied or counterfeited. We or the venue may cancel tickets obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms, without a refund.

Credits and photos

Event photos on Wugi are taken by photographers we work with. Credit packs bought in the app are processed by Apple and are used to unlock full-quality photos. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are not refundable except as required by Apple's policies or the law; unused credits are lost when you delete your account. Unlocked photos are for your personal use — you may save and share them, but not sell them or use them commercially. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, tap "Report" on the photo or email privacy@wugi.us.

Acceptable use

Don't use Wugi to:

  • Break the law, or harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
  • Buy tickets with stolen payment details, or abuse transfers, codes or promotions.
  • Scrape, copy or resell Wugi listings, photos or data, or interfere with how Wugi works.
  • Upload content you don't have the right to share.

Wugi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable is not allowed. Report it with "Report" in the app or email support@wugi.us; we review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and close the accounts of users who post it or abuse others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Event information

Event and venue listings come from venues, organizers and public sources. We work to keep them accurate, but times, line-ups, prices and details can change, and venues and organizers are responsible for their events. Check with the venue if something is important to you.

Disclaimers and liability

Wugi is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Wugi is not liable for events put on by venues or organizers, for what happens at a venue, or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Wugi for the ticket or purchase involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Changes to these terms

We'll post any changes here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Wugi after a change means you accept it.
